50 guests per event • a team of 2 wait staff plus 1 bartender

100 guests per event • a team of 4 wait staff plus 2 bartender & 2 drinks waiters

100+ guests per event • a ratio of max 20 guests per wait staff and 50 guests per bartender

A deposit fee will be charged at booking stage to secure your date. The final balance will be charged in full on the day of event.

What are the duties of a cocktail waiter?

The cocktail wait staff main duty is to take drinks orders from your guests, pass them on to the bartenders and serve the drinks back to your clients. They will also clear the event space of dirty glasses and beer bottles, they will help the bar team stocking up the fridges and will attend to all your guests needs and wants. In short, anything related to the drinks service, we can handle. We do it all.

Please note - you will need to hire a mixologist to make the drinks, the waiters duty is to serve them. Our cocktail wait staff is trained to be unobtrusive, quick, and to seemingly appear and disappear from thin air!
